Shipping charges are non-refundable, including in cases where an order is returned or refused.

If your Elora Wipes order arrives damaged, leaking, defective, or with the wrong product, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.

To request a replacement:

Contact us with your order number.
Send clear photos/videos of the damaged product and packaging.
After verification, Elora Wipes will arrange a replacement for the affected product.

We do not offer refunds for products simply due to a change of mind. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Your satisfaction matters to us. If there is a genuine issue with your order, we'll do our best to make it right with a replacement.
